Exposed sheathing left open even for a day or two invites moisture damage that costs far more to fix than the original impact.
Emergency calls route directly to an on-call technician, not a general voicemail queue.
We maintain overnight and weekend availability specifically for urgent siding damage.
Emergency technicians carry the same licensing and insurance as our scheduled installation crews.
Temporary and permanent repairs both meet the same workmanship standard.
Exposed sheathing or a hole in the wall typically gets a technician on-site the same day.
We triage calls by severity — active exposure first, cosmetic damage scheduled normally.
Emergency calls are priced fairly, with the total explained before work starts, even outside normal hours.
Temporary and permanent repair costs are itemized separately so you know what each step costs.
Emergencies come in a lot of forms — here's what we typically respond to and how.
We confirm arrival time on the call so you know what to expect before we hang up. We keep common temporary materials stocked on every truck specifically for after-hours calls.
This is the single most time-sensitive step in any siding emergency. We check the interior side of the affected wall for any sign water already got through.
Damage from a vehicle, ladder, or falling object gets assessed and repaired, with documentation if you need it for insurance. Structural framing behind the impact gets checked before cosmetic repair begins.
Branch and tree-related damage is one of the most common emergency calls we get, especially after wind events. Debris from the tree gets cleared from the work area as part of the same visit when it's safe to do so.
We move quickly on these calls since exposed material is often left vulnerable to further damage. Security recommendations, like motion lighting, are offered if the damage location suggests repeat risk.
When full repair material needs ordering, we install a temporary weatherproof patch to protect the wall in the meantime. We follow up proactively once permanent material arrives rather than waiting for you to call back.
Dispatch gives you a real arrival window on the call, not a vague callback promise.
We assess safety first, especially with vehicle impact or structural-adjacent damage.
Documentation is provided if you need it for insurance or a police report.
Emergency repairs carry the same workmanship guarantee as any scheduled siding project.
Vehicle backed into our garage siding and they had it stabilized before the insurance adjuster even called back.
Vandalism damage overnight was upsetting, but they documented everything for the police report and had it fixed within two days.
Emergency pricing was explained clearly upfront, no surprise after-hours charge sprung on us.
Fallen tree limb took out a whole section and they coordinated timing with the tree removal company themselves.
We'll walk you through immediate steps over the phone before anyone even arrives.
